Covid-19 Information For Guests

Whilst we want you to relax and have an enjoyable stay at Castellmarch, we are sure that you will appreciate that, for the time being, your holidaying experience (as with everything else) will be slightly different to the norm.

The safety of our guests, the local community and ourselves is our priority, and in order to ensure this we ask that everyone adhere to the social distancing and hygiene guidelines during your stay. If you or any of your party has symptoms of Covid-19, DO NOT travel to the area.

We also strongly advise that you familiarize yourself with the latest Welsh Government regulations and guidelines before and during your stay (note that many of the rules in Wales will likely differ from other parts on the UK). The check in and check out times for the holiday cottages have had to change in order to allow extra cleaning time – therefore the check in time this year will be at 4 pm and the check out time will be at 9.00 am – we appreciate that these times may be a little drastic, but the safety of our guests is paramount.
